Rubber to metal bonding adhesive 823GB is a one-coat adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomers to various substrates during vulcanization of the elastomer. It is composed a mixture of polymers, organic compounds and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.A single coat of 830 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (그리고), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR), EPDM and polyepichlorohydrin (에코) polymers to a variety of metals. These metals include carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and copper alloys, magnesium and zinc, as well as a variety of plastics, composites and fabrics.

Applicable Range

Used as a cover coat adhesive and in combination with a primer adhesive, suitable for the following types of rubber: Natural rubber (NR), Natural & butadiene rubber (NR+BR), Polyisoprene rubber (그리고), Butadiene rubber (BR), Chloroprene rubber (CR), Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), Butyl rubber (IIR), EPDM, etc.

Flexible Foams: Furniture cushioning, bedding, and automotive seating.
Rigid Foams: Energy-efficient insulation boards and cold chain panels.

Shelf Life/Storage

Shelf life is 12 months from date of shipment when stored at ＜ 37℃ in original, unopened container. Do not store or use near heat, sparks or open flame.

Solvent steam is harmful, pay attention to fire prevention in the workplace, pay attention to low ventilation, prevent long-term inhalation or long-term skin contact.
