Q1: What is 830GB used for?
A: 830GB is a one-coat adhesive that bonds a wide range of elastomers (NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR, etc.) to metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum during vulcanization.
Q2: How should 830GB be applied?
A: Clean the metal surface by grit blasting or chemical treatment, then apply 830GB by brush, dip, roll coat or spray to a dry film thickness of 17.8-30.5 microns.
Q3: Does 830GB need a primer?
A: No. A single coat is enough for most applications. It can also be used as a covercoat over a primer when required.
Q4: What is the shelf life and packing?
A: 12 months from shipment when stored at 21-27°C in original unopened containers. Packed in 3.5kg or 18kg drums.
